We moved to Simplicity after we had endless issues with our previous provider. The service and response time on all queries(billing and technical) is amazingly quick, they even inform us of and resolve issues before we are aware of them. The billing is transparent and before moving all of our branches over to Simplicity we are saving between 40-50% on our monthly bill. It has been a pleasure dealing with the Simplicity Team.
